Food Relief
Loaves of Bread Relief™ lowers the cost of feeding a family. Through wholesale partnerships and group purchasing, the Foundation has delivered grocery-cost reductions of roughly 30 percent to participating communities.
Food and housing punctuate the mission.
Launched in December 2021 as national food and housing costs climbed, Loaves of Bread Relief™ works with wholesalers so that neighbors can buy staples together at close to wholesale prices. It operates at the neighborhood level, through the people who live there.
Empowerment over our government matters most when daily needs are met. That is why food relief sits beside referendum voting as a core citizenship program, not a side project.
Nobody's coming to save us. We're all Americans, not labeled factions.
— Hon. Lester A. Fettig, Managing Director

Relief is one pillar. The vote is the other.
